This is so sad. How odd that she read your blog in May,blissfully unaware of what was to come, and in July had this nightmare begin for her family. I keep thinking, “that could sooo easily be us” and it scares the shit out of me. I can hardly bear to look at that picture of Nate or the pictures of Ro and imagine what their littles bodies have had to endure. Maya, I am just so sorry for you. I know you don’t want pity, but please know that so many of us think of your family daily. At work, I went to my coworkers computers and made them go to babble and vote. Hoping you win because you are doing great things.
