Good luck Maya. Part of me finds it sad that two moms who have blogged about losing their little babies from cancer are battling it out against each other with “vote for me” pleas. I guess the prize money goes towards fighting the good fight whichever of you wins, so go with dignity Maya and good luck.

Just checking in with you Maya on this Tuesday afternoon here in the UK. I have been thinking of you this weekend – especially as I know how tough weekends can be when you are grieving. Somehow the week days seem to pass more easily if you know what I mean. Less time and more routine. Oh and I thought you might like this little saying about stars. Apparently it is an old Inuit proverb, “Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy.” I am sure Ronan’s love is pouring down onto you and that he is safe. Big hugs to you today and everyday.xx
